I’ve been taking classes with Zydre for over 5 years now. For me she ticks all the right boxes; she’s local, affordable and we get on really well with each other. Most importantly, she always pushes me towards perfection whenever we are working together. She always helps me improve my technique and she’s also constructive in the way she teaches my lessons.

She has taught me an unbelievable amount, techniques that I will carry with me forever, which have led to me joining a band and gaining a place at music school. The lessons are very personal, with Zydre focusing on exercises specific to your own voice. She works on improving weak areas, and installs a lot of confidence with her truthful teaching. My daughter has been going to both singing and piano lessons at Art School Artistic. She enjoys every lesson and has made a good progress in both. Zydre has been very encouraging and supportive which has made a positive impact on my daughter’s confidence. She has always been accommodating to my daughter’s timetable. Velina has also been very motivating which has enhanced my daughter’s ability to play piano. She is now very confident and wants to continue playing it.

Zydre is giving vocal codes training to my 13 year old and he loves it. He has started singing beyond my expectations and all credit goes to Zydre. She is very professional but at the same time exremly supportive. The art school also provides guidance for participating in various music festivals or events for stage experience which I found very helpful.

Zydre has been teaching my daughter for 5 years and has been wonderful with her. She hasn’t just got my daughter to copy hand movements, instead taught her to read the music and recognise how to play. When younger she helped my daughter write and record a couple of songs – so much fun. Out of all the extra curricular activities my daughter does this is her favourite.

Zydre has been giving piano lessons to my 9 year old son, who was an absolute beginner a year ago. I have to say I’ve been highly impressed with the level of her teaching skills. She is extremely calm and patient and as a result of her efforts, my son has now progressed to being able to play a number of pieces with confidence as well as read and understand sheet music.

She has developed my singing immensely since I started.  My aim when I started was to be able to sing karaoke without feeling embarrassed and I’ve  totally surpassed that by singing at my cousin’s wedding and doing private gigs.
